Comfort and amenities
Casa Disfruta del Sol is equipped for a carefree stay. All three bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and shutters. There are two bathrooms with rain showers, and a hairdryer is provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and coffee maker, among other essentials. Fast Wi-Fi is available both indoors and outdoors. The television receives regular channels, and you can also stream your own content from a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
The utility room contains a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and cleaning supplies. Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is available throughout the apartment. Free street parking is available nearby.
Terrace, pool and outdoor living
The spacious south-facing terrace is one of Casa Disfruta del Sol’s highlights. It overlooks the communal swimming pool and lets you enjoy the sunshine until late in the day. The pool and sunbathing area offer a refreshing break on warm days.
Beaches, shops and restaurants nearby
The sea is approximately 900 metres away. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are less than 1 kilometre away. Dos Mares shopping centre is about 2 kilometres away, and La Zenia Boulevard open-air shopping centre can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
Nearby you will find the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, the promenade of San Pedro del Pinatar and the Las Salinas y Arenales nature reserve. The region is ideal for beach days, walks, cycling, golf and trips to places such as Cartagena and Murcia.
