A comfortable stay for up to 6 guests
Casa Nova has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds. The third bedroom has two separate single beds, making the apartment a flexible choice for families or friends travelling together.
All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and shutters. The two modern bathrooms are fitted with rain showers, and a hairdryer is also provided.
Everything you need
The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee maker, among other essentials. Fast Wi-Fi is available both indoors and outdoors. The television receives regular channels and also allows you to stream your own favourite content from a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
The practical utility room contains a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment and cleaning supplies. Free street parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Casa Nova is located in San Pedro del Pinatar, a lively seaside town on the Costa Cálida. The sea is approximately 900 metres away. Restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets are all within a short distance. Dos Mares shopping centre is about 2 kilometres away, while La Zenia Boulevard can be reached by car in approximately 20 minutes.
The location is also convenient for families, with a children’s playground just a few minutes’ walk away.
