Casa Yrla is spacious and tastefully furnished with great attention to comfort. The bright living room, together with the open kitchen and dining area, forms the cosy heart of the home.
Thanks to the large windows and the south-facing position, there is plenty of natural light inside. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, relaxing with a book, or sharing an evening drink together.
The property features air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and electric shutters, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.

The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The third bedroom has two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or other travel companions.
All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and high-quality bedding. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating and electric shutters.

Casa Yrla has two bathrooms, making the property particularly comfortable even for six people.
The ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom features a spacious rain shower, toilet, vanity unit, hairdryer, underfloor heating and towels.

One of Casa Yrla’s absolute highlights is the large south-facing terrace with a view of the pool.
The terrace features a cosy lounge area and an outdoor dining area. Thanks to the electric sunshade, it is easy to choose exactly how much sun or shade there is.
There is also a second terrace where the first morning sun can be enjoyed to the fullest. This terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower – ideal after a day at the beach.
🏊 A wonderful swimming pool for young and old
The communal swimming pool is located close to the apartment and forms the heart of the complex.
The pool is approximately 25 meters long and features several waterfalls, a shallow area for children, and a counter-current system.
Around the pool is a well-maintained green area with palm trees and artificial grass, instantly creating that wonderful Mediterranean holiday feeling.
For extra water fun, pool noodles are also available.

For a day at the beach there is no need to bring everything along: Casa Yrla provides beach towels and beach toys, among other things.
The beaches are located about 1 kilometre from the apartment. In the area you will find, among others, Playa Llana and Playa de la Torre Derribada, offering opportunities to enjoy the beach, the sea and the local bars and restaurants.
