General Rental Terms and Conditions
Holiday Rentals
At Anvesta, the aim is to ensure guests can enjoy a carefree holiday stay on the Spanish coast. To make the stay as pleasant as possible, guests are requested to read the rental terms and conditions below carefully.
By making a reservation, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 5:00 p.m.
Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible on request and subject to availability. Every effort is made to accommodate such requests, but this cannot be guaranteed.
What is included?
The rental price includes:
✔ Water consumption
✔ Internet (WiFi)
✔ Electricity consumption up to 15 kWh per day
✔ Bed linen
✔ Towels
If electricity consumption exceeds 15 kWh per day, the additional usage will be charged at €0.35 per kWh and deducted from the security deposit.
The mandatory final cleaning fee is €185.00 per stay.
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following house rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing before arrival.
- Parties, events and loud gatherings are not permitted.
- The minimum age of the lead guest is 25 years.
- Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the property.
- Please respect the neighbours and avoid excessive noise, particularly during the evening and nighttime hours.
Payment Terms
At the Time of Booking
A deposit payment is required to confirm your reservation.
The deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. Once payment has been received, your booking will be confirmed and the requested dates will be reserved.
Before Arrival
The remaining balance, including the security deposit, must be paid in full no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies:
- 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
- 50% refund of the rental amount (excluding the final cleaning fee) for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival.
- No refund is available for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €300.00 is required for every reservation.
Following your departure, the property will be inspected. If no damage, excessive cleaning or missing items are identified, the security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the inspection to the original payment method or to a bank account provided by the guest.
Any damages, additional cleaning costs or excess electricity consumption may be deducted from the security deposit.
Guest Registration
In accordance with Spanish legislation, all guests are required to provide a valid passport or identity card before arrival.
This information is collected solely to comply with legal registration requirements and is processed in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Liability
Guests are expected to treat the property and its contents with care.
Anvesta cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Interruptions to utilities or services, including electricity, water or internet, that are beyond our control do not entitle guests to compensation.
